Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid in Criminal and Care Proceedings (Costs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 11th April 1997.

Section 2Amendments to the Legal Aid in Criminal and Care Proceedings (Costs) Regulations 1989

In regulations 6(3) and 9(5)(a) of the Legal Aid in Criminal and Care Proceedings (Costs) Regulations 1989 , for the date “30th June 1997” there shall be substituted “30th June 1998”.
