Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the London Priority Route (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 2nd June 1997.

Section 2 Amendment of the London Priority Route Order 1992

The Schedule to the London Priority Route Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.

Section 1

In paragraph 13, for the words “to its junction with Lewisham High Street (A20 section) and Lee High Road (A20)”, there shall be substituted “to its southern junction with Molesworth Street”.

Section 2

Paragraph 27 shall be omitted.

Section 3

In paragraph 64, for the words “the north-east side of its junction with Green Lanes (A105)”, there shall be substituted “the south-west side of its junction with High Road (A10)”.

Section 4

Paragraph 65 shall be omitted.

Section 5

Paragraph 77 shall be omitted.

Section 6

Paragraph 110 shall be omitted.
