Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 27th March 1997.

Section 2Amendment to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991

In article 3(b) of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991 , after “income support” there shall be inserted “or family credit”.
