Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 30th June 1997.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order, “the 1983 Order ” means the Civil Courts Order 1983 , and a Schedule referred to by number alone means the Schedule so numbered in that Order.

Section 3 Amendments to the 1983 Order

In Schedule 1, “Andover” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Salisbury” in the first column.

Section 4 Amendments to the 1983 Order

In Schedule 3, the entry relating to “Andover” shall be deleted .
