Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sheffield Development Corporation (Dissolution) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Dissolution of the corporation

The Sheffield Development Corporation shall be dissolved on 1st July 1997.
