Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Licensed Betting Offices (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 19th April 1997.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.

The Licensed Betting Offices (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997
Section 2
Regulation 4(1) of the Licensed Betting Offices (Scotland) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows–
(a) the words “other than an advertisement published in a material form” shall be inserted after the word “advertisement”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the words “(ii) and (iii)” there shall be substituted “and (ii)”.
