Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 9th January 1997.

Section 2Amendment to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 1996

For the following provisions of the Schedule to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 1996 —

there shall be substituted the following—
