Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Brazil (Extradition) Order 1997 and shall come into force on a date to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

The Brazil (Extradition) Order 1997
Section 2
The Extradition Act 1989, so far as it relates to extradition procedures under Part III of that Act, shall apply in the case of the Federative Republic of Brazil in accordance with the said Treaty of 18th July 1995.
Section 3
The operation of this Order is limited to the United Kingdom.
