Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Leicestershire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 30th May 1997.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In Article 4 of the Leicestershire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 for “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “3 non-executive” and for “4 executive” there shall be substituted “3 executive”.
