Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 4th August 1997.

Section 2
The following are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994—
(a) Bedfordshire County Council.
(b) Devon County Council.
(c) Gloucestershire County Council.
(d) Headteachers Into Industry, a company limited by guarantee.
(e) Kent County Council.
