Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the West Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 16th June 1997.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In article 4 of the West Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “3 non-executive” and for “4 executive” there shall be substituted “3 executive”.
