Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Horizon National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 18th June 1997.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
For Article 4 of the Horizon National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 there shall be substituted:—
Directors of the trust
(4) The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman—
(a) until 30th November 1997, 5 non-executive directors and 5 executive directors,
(b) on and after 1st December 1997, 4 non-executive directors and 4 executive directors.
