Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No.13) (Scotland) Order 1997.

(2) In this Order–

“ the Act ” means the Road Traffic Act 1991.

Section 2 Commencement of certain provisions of the Act

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on the 16th June 1997, insofar as they relate to Scotland and have not already been commenced:–

(a) Section 43; and

(b) Schedule 3.
