Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as The British Coal Corporation (Change of Quorum) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st July 1997.

Section 2Amendment to the Coal Industry Nationalisation (National Coal Board) Regulations 1946

In regulation 4 (Quorum) of the Coal Industry Nationalisation (National Coal Board) Regulations 1946 :—

for the word “three” there shall be substituted “two”.
