Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 4th July 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997

The Schedule to the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph 1, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of Norway” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation ( EC ) No 1131/97 ”;
(b) in paragraph 2, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of the Faroe Islands” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1132/97 ”.
