Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 6th August 1997.

Section 2

In the definition of “the Decision” in regulation 2 of the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations 1996 —

(a) the word “as” shall be inserted before the word “amended” where it first appears, and

(b) the following words shall be added at the end:

and as further amended by Council Decision No. 97/419/ CFSP of 26 June 1997
