Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Noise Act 1996 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1997.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 23rd July 1997

The Noise Act 1996, so far as not already brought into force by the Noise Act 1996 (Commencement No.1) Order 1996 , shall come into force on 23rd July 1997.
