Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st August 1997.

Section 2

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) ( No. 3) Order 1996 is revoked.

Section 3

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedules 1 and 2 and substituting therefor Schedules 1 and 2 which are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
