Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the United Nations (International Tribunal) (Former Yugoslavia) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.
(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

Section 2
In article 22(1)(b) of the United Nations (International Tribunal) (Former Yugoslavia) Order 1996 the words “set out in article 15(1) and (2) of the 1974 Order” shall be replaced by the words “set out in articles 15(1) and (2) and 16 of the 1974 Order”.
