Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 18th August 1997.

The Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997
Section 2
Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1985 is amended–
(a) by deleting from the list of sports grounds specified there the following name:-
Recreation Park, Peterhead
and
(b) by inserting at the appropriate place on that list (which is in alphabetical order) the following name:-
Balmoor Stadium, Peterhead.
