Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Birmingham Health Authority (Transfers of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 22nd August 1997.

(2) In this Order—

“the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order;

“the trust property” means, in the case of each body specified in column (1) of the Schedule, the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared, agreed upon and signed on behalf of that body and the Health Authority specified in relation to that body in column (2) of the Schedule on the date specified in relation to that body in column (3) of the Schedule.

Section 2 Transfers of trust property

On 22nd August 1997 the trust property which is trust property in relation to a body specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be transferred from the Birmingham Health Authority to that body.
