Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.

The Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) (Amendment) Order 1997
Section 2
Paragraph (2) of article 2 of the Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) Order 1973 shall be amended as follows—
(a) the word “and” after the words “the London Potato and Futures Market” shall be omitted; and
(b) after the words “the London Platinum and Palladium Market” there shall be added the words “and the London Securities and Derivatives Exchange Limited ( OMLX ).”.
