Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.

Section 2

For Fee No. 1(c) in the Schedule to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991 there shall be substituted the following—

(c) on making an application for a non-molestation order or an occupation order under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996 (Family Homes and Domestic Violence)
