Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Special Trustees (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 28th February 1997.

(2) In this Order—

“the Special Trustees” means the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Special Trustees;

“the Trust” means the United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Special Trustees and the Trust on 11th December 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Special Trustees and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 28th February 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the Trust to the Special Trustees.
