Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford–Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.

Section 2 Abnormal loads

For Parts I and II of the Table to Regulation 2 of the Dartford–Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1996 (“the 1996 Regulations ”) there shall be substituted the following:—

Section 3 Dangerous goods

In regulation 3 of the 1996 Regulations for the reference to the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 9th edition issued in 1996, there shall be substituted a reference to the 9th edition of that booklet issued in 1997.

Section 4 Removal of stationary vehicles

For the table to regulation 4 of the 1996 Regulations there shall be substituted the following table:
