Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Passport (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Plant Passport (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Regulations 1993

For the Schedule to the Plant Passport (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Regulations 1993 , there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
