Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (SS Castilian) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 13th August 1997.

The Protection of Wrecks (SS Castilian) Order 1997
Section 2
(1) The vessel in respect of which this Order is made is the vessel “SS CASTILIAN” which lies wrecked at Latitude 53°25.0107’N, Longitude 004°35.9176’W.
(2) The area within a distance of 500 metres of that position is hereby designated as a prohibited area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
