Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Lambeth Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 19th September 1997.

(2) In this Order—

“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for St. Thomas' Hospital;

“the Trust” means the Lambeth Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Special Trustees and the Trust on 3rd February 1997, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Special Trustees and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 19th September 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the Special Trustees to the Trust.
