Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.
(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.

The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1997
Section 2
In section 16(3) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (conditions on which the provision of amusements is permitted at certain commercial entertainments), paragraph (b) shall have effect as if, for the sum specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £50.
Section 3
The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1995 and the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) Order 1995 are hereby revoked.
