Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Water Supply Byelaws (Scotland) Extension of Period Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th February 1997.

Section 2Extension of byelaws

The period during which the byelaws specified in the Schedule to this Order remain in force is hereby extended to 31st March 2002.
