Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation (No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 8th October 1997.

Section 2

The following are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994:—

(a) Bournemouth Borough Council

(b) Cambridgeshire County Council

(c) Dudley Metropolitan District Council

(d) Enfield London Borough Council

(e) Essex County Council

(f) Kent County Council

(g) Northamptonshire County Council

(h) Nottinghamshire County Council

(i) Shropshire County Council

(j) Somerset County Council

(k) Suffolk County Council

(l) City of Sunderland Council

(m) Wiltshire County Council

(n) Wolverhampton Metropolitan Borough Council
