Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Recovery of Expenses for Section 352 Notices) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 3rd March 1997.

Section 2Maximum Charge

The amount of the charge made by a local housing authority under section 352A of the Housing Act 1985 shall not exceed £300.
