Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 26th February 1997, but shall have effect from 1st July 1994.

The Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) Order 1997
Section 2
Section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 shall apply to persons serving in employment which is remunerated out of the National Lottery Distribution Fund, being a fund established by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 .
Section 3
Employment by the National Lottery Charities Board is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972.
