Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1997 and shall come into force on 17th October 1997.

Section 2 Variation

The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variation

In Schedule 2, item 5 is deleted and replaced with the following item—

The A4, Bath Road, the south side, between a point 5 metres west of the western boundary of the “Three Magpies” public house, and a point 37 metres east of that boundary.
