Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 10th November 1997.

(2) In this Order—

“the first trust” means Ravensbourne National Health Service Trust;

“the second trust” means Oxleas National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first and second trusts on 18th July 1997 which schedule has been signed on behalf of both trusts.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 10th November 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the first trust to the second trust.
