Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 27th February 1997.

Section 2
Employment by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st April 1996.
