Section 2
The provisions of the Carriage by Air and Road Act 1979 which are listed in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column (2) thereof shall (to the extent stated in the Schedule) come into force on 1st December 1997.
