Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Examination Board and Scottish Vocational Education Council (Dissolution) (Scotland) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 28th November 1997.

Section 2Dissolution date

The Scottish Examination Board and the Scottish Vocational Education Council shall be dissolved on 28th November 1997.
