Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Act 1997 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1997.

Section 2Appointed days

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 19 of the Act (requirement to state national insurance number)—
(a) for the purposes only of authorising the making of regulations is 7th November 1997; and
(b) for all other purposes is 1st December 1997.
