Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Mersey Regional Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st December 1997.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Mersey Regional Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
