Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 9th December 1997.

(2) In this Order, “that Order” means the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 .

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Transfer of Trust Property Order

(1) The title of that Order shall be “The Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1997”.

(2) In Article 1(1) of that Order, for the words “the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997”, there shall be substituted the words “the Oxleas National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1997”.
