Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) Order 1997 (Partial Revocation) Order 1997 and shall come into force at 20.00 hours on 14th November 1997.

Section 2Partial revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) Order 1997 is hereby revoked except insofar as it applies in relation to flatfish and shellfish.
