Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the South Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st December 1997.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the South Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
