Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as the A205 Trunk Road (Perry Vale and Waldram Crescent, Lewisham) Red Route (Prohibited Turns) Traffic Order 1997, and shall come into force on 1st January 1998.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order causing includes permitting; and cause shall be construed accordingly.

Section 3 Prohibited Turns

No person causing any vehicle to proceed in Perry Vale in the London Borough of Lewisham, shall cause that vehicle to turn left into Waldram Crescent.

Section 4 Prohibited Turns

No person causing any vehicle to proceed in Waldram Crescent in the London Borough of Lewisham, shall cause that vehicle to turn right into Perry Vale.

Section 5 Exemption

Nothing in Articles 3 or 4 of this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable or a traffic warden, in uniform.
