Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 22nd December 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the principal Order

(1) The Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) Order 1997 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.

(2) In article 10 (protection of officers) and paragraph (c) of article 11 (obstruction of officers) there shall be substituted for the words “articles 6 to 8 of this Order” the words “articles 6 to 9 of this Order”.
