Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Relocation Grants (Form of Application) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 16th December 1997. Prescribed form

Section 2Citation and commencement

An application for a relocation grant shall be made by completion of the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
