Section 1 Title and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Veterinary Drugs) (Pharmacy and Merchants' List) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st January 1998.

Section 2 Amendment

The Medicines (Veterinary Drugs) (Pharmacy and Merchants' List) Order 1992 shall be amended so as to substitute for Schedules 1 to 5 the Schedules numbered 1 to 5 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
