Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sheffield Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Urban development area

(1) Articles 2 and 3 of the Sheffield Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 are hereby revoked.

(2) So much of the Sheffield Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 as has not previously been revoked shall be revoked with effect from 1st July 1997.
