Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 31st December 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Approval) Regulations 1996

(1) The Motor Vehicles (Approval) Regulations 1996 shall be further amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 14(3) (obligatory certificates) for “1st January 1998” there shall be substituted “1st May 1998”.
