Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 31st December 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) Regulations 1982

(1) The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) Regulations 1982 shall be further amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 13A(2) (obligatory certificates) for “1st January 1998” there shall be substituted “1st May 1998”.
